On The Trail @ Benicia State Park Recreation Area










One of the best places around for studying Raptors as they hunt in the morning is the Benicia State Park Recreation Area...Both the Eage and the Hawk are here hunting the cliff sides and meadows of the park often coming close enough to make out  the patterns in their feathers and see their sharply tuned eye... While I was there I saw many Raptors hunting on the cliffs of the  Carquinez straights but really wasn't there to film them so much as the beauty and uniqueness of the park is what I was going for in this post ...
